About the Program

The Certificate in Customer Relationship Management is designed to train students in a wide variety of disciplines to enable them to learn the necessities of customer relationship management and those who wish to upgrade their knowledge and skills in management of general business and to further their management career.

This certificate aims to equip participants with the fundamental theories of customer relationship knowledge and skills to interact effectively in a global business environment. This course involves classroom lectures, group discussion, and case studies. Participants must successfully complete 3 units to qualify for the award of Certificate in Customer Relationship Management.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following minimum entry requirements:

  • IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 525 or its equivalent (applicable for international students only)
  • Possess at GCE ‘N’ or GCE‘O’ levels with relevant working experience
  • ITE NITEC or NTC or its equivalent
  • Successfully completed 12-years of formal education and have either

DBM 110: Customer Relationship Management
DBM 204: Entrepreneurial Management
DBM 102: Business Ethics & Social Responsibility

Duration: 1 month
