Confidentiality and Security Policy

All personal data and information provided by students, staff and lecturer shall be kept confidential and for internal use only. Every effort shall be made to ensure that the integrity of students’ personal particulars and confidential information are not compromised unless the disclosure is required by laws and/or order of any courts of Singapore. All staff shall not divulge any of the student’s information to any unauthorized third party without prior written consent of the student.  All staff shall comply with Kings International Business School’ Code of Ethics. All the documents with student’s or staff’s particulars will be stamped “CONFIDENTIAL” and treated as a private & confidential document.
