About the Program

The Diploma in Purchasing Management is designed to train students in a wide variety of disciplines to enable them to learn the necessities of supply chain operations those who wish to upgrade their knowledge and skills in purchasing managements general business to further their professional career.

This program aims to equip participants with the fundamental theories of business, knowledge and skills to interact effectively in a business environment. This course involves classroom lectures, group discussion, and case studies. Participants must successfully complete 10 compulsory modules to qualify for the award of Diploma in Purchasing Management.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following minimum entry requirements:

  • IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 525 or its equivalent (applicable for international students only)
  • Possess at 5 ‘O’ level or 2 ‘A’ level passes (including English) or its equivalent
  • ITE NITEC or NTC or its equivalent

Program Structure

For those pursuing full-time the duration of the programme is 6 months and those taking part-time the duration will be 9 months. The curriculum comprises of 10 compulsory units to qualify for the award of Diploma in Purchasing Management. Evaluations and assessments are based on class participation, assignments, and examination.
