About LCCI

London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualifications (LCCI IQs) have been awarded since 1887 and is recognised by employers, governments and universities worldwide.

About the Program

The aim of this level of the qualification is to enable candidates to continue to develop their understanding of routine administration, procedures and standard office equipment. This provides an excellent progression route from Business Administration Level 1 and ensures candidates have improved their ability to understand Business Administration.

Assessment Objectives:

Upon completion of this qualification, candidates will be able to:

  • demonstrate a general understanding of the needs for the efficient Business Administration
  • provide examples of effective day to day business administration
  • provide knowledge and skills in Business Administration in a business environment

Successful candidates may go on to undertake relevant LCCI Diplomas.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet at least one of the following entry requirements:

  • IELTS 5.5 or its equivalent (applicable for international students only)
  • Possess at least 3 ‘O’ level or ‘N’ level passes (including English) or its equivalent
  • National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Business Studies and its equivalent

Program Structure

This course is conducted for 3 months for full-time and 6 months for part-time involving classroom lectures, group discussion & case studies. Participants must succesfully complete both level 2 & 3 of LCCI Diploma in Business Administration to qualify for the award of LCCI Diploma.

Level 2 :

  • Business Administration
  • Business Practice or Business Meeting
  • Practice ICT skills

Level 3 :

  • Business Administration
  • Business Practice or Business Meeting
  • Practice ICT skills

Intake for year 2011: January, April, July, October.
