About LCCI

London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualifications (LCCI IQs) have been awarded since 1887 and is recognised by employers, governments and universities worldwide.

About the Program

The aim of this level of the qualification are to enable candidates to continue to develop their understanding of routine administration, procedures and standard office equipment. This provides an excellent progression route from Selling and Sales management Level 1 and ensures candidate has improved their ability to understand Business Administration.

Assessment Objectives:

Upon completion of this qualification, candidates will be able to:

  • demonstrate a general understanding of the needs for the efficient selling and sales management
  • provide examples of effective day to day selling techniques
  • provide knowledge and skills in selling and sales management

Successful candidates may go on to undertake relevant LCCI Diplomas.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet at least one of the following entry requirements:

  • IELTS 5.5 or its equivalent (applicable for international students only)
  • Possess at least 3 ‘O’ level or ‘N’ level passes (including English) or its equivalent
  • National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Business Studies and its equivalent

Program Structure

This course is conducted for 6 months (full-time) and 9 months (part-time) involving classroom lectures, group discussion & case studies. Participants must succesfully complete level 3 of LCCI Diploma in Selling and Sales Management to qualify for the award of LCCI Diploma.
