About the Program

The workshop in Selling and Sales Management program enable participants with the understanding of selling techniques and management of sales processes in day to day sales activities, in today’s challenging business environment.

Program Structure

This is a 3 days (24 hours) interactive workshop providing fundamental selling and sales management techniques in the following areas:

  • Introduction to selling and sales management
  • The selling function and distribution channels and establish a sale plan
  • Recruitment and training development
  • Sales forecasting, budgeting and evaluation
  • Sales records, control and sales management
  • Legal and ethical issues in selling

Intake for year 2011: January, April, July, October.
